Introduction

Being an important component of Tsinghua University’s global strategic layout, the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (Tsinghua SEA) was established in October 2018 and held its opening ceremony on November 16, 2022 in Bali, Indonesia. The Tsinghua SEA campus in Bali is funded and constructed by United in Diversity Foundation (UID). The campus covers an area of 17,000 square meters, and the 5,500 square meters of space in the main building About Us Tsinghua SEA is based in Indonesia and radiates throughout the entire Southeast Asian region, with extensive connections to Southeast Asian politics, business, universities, academic institutions, and international organizations.
